Annual Accounts
All limited companies are required to submit annual accounts, that comply with the Companies Act, to Companies House.
The deadline is 10 months from the financial year end.
With this service we ensure that accounts are created to your satisfaction and are submitted correctly and on time.

Audited Accounts
Audited accounts must be submitted to Companies House annually by all limited companies whose turnover exceeds £350,000.
We will carry out audits in rare cases only. Specifically, where we are closely involved in the production of your financial information. This gives us the intimate knowledge of you and your business that we require.
